Experiential anatomy and physiology, developmental movement patterns and the embodiment of our embryological beginnings are the building blocks of our asana practice. We focus on dynamic alignment, sometimes using props for support. Cultivating our prana/chi – our dynamic breath is an important element in this class. Sometimes we do yoga chi-gung. Bring your willingness to rest deeply and to move fully. Yoga students and teachers are welcome.
